Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Integrated Growth Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

In this policy, “personal information” means any information that identifies you or could be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, IP address or device identifiers. “Data protection law” means the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Growth Call bookings: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us in the booking form, such as your business name, website and what you'd like to discuss.
• Emails and messages: your name, email address and the content of anything you send us.
• Client work: business and contact information we need to deliver a Growth Sprint or other engagement, including information shared in our project tools.
• Email list: your name and email address if you subscribe to our emails.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system and screen size.
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring site and how you interact with the page.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 6.

Information from third parties

• Advertising platforms: conversion and audience data from Meta, LinkedIn, X and Google.
• Public sources: business information from your website, LinkedIn profile or public directories, used to prepare for a call or an engagement.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and run Growth Calls
• deliver, manage and improve our services
• send marketing emails, where you've agreed to receive them
• understand how people use the website so we can improve it
• measure and improve our advertising
• meet our legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Direct marketing

We only send marketing emails where you've agreed to receive them, or where you're an existing client and the emails relate to similar services.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing team@integratedgrowth.io. Opting out doesn't affect emails we need to send you about work in progress.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where we need to, with:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf, listed below and in section 6.
• Team members and contractors who need it to do their work, under confidentiality obligations.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold, merged or restructured.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

Every provider that processes personal information for us is required to protect it in line with data protection law.

6. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that tell a provider a page was viewed or an action was taken. We use them to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. If you choose Reject, they should not be set. We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask again; clearing your browser storage resets it.

7. Security

We protect personal information with encrypted connections, access controls on our systems and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we review our practices regularly.

8. International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where personal information leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Retention

• Enquiries and calls: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Client records: the length of the engagement plus 6 years, for legal and accounting purposes.
• Email list: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics: according to each provider's retention settings, typically 14 to 26 months.
• Cookies: from the end of your visit up to 2 years, depending on the cookie.

When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.

10. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you
• correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete
• delete your information in certain circumstances
• restrict how we use it
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing
• receive your information in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right.
