Hey, I'm Matt Connolly.
I didn’t get into growth systems by accident.
I’ve been solving complex problems for over 20 years - first in high-pressure environments like Counter Terrorism and Specialist Policing for the Met, where clear thinking, decision-making and systems weren’t optional - they were survival.
When I left the force, I took that same mindset into business. I built a fitness company, moved it online, and spent years travelling the world teaching across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and China.
My work got published in academic literature. I coached CrossFit Games athletes, world champion BJJ players and special forces operators - people who win because everything they do is built on systems, feedback loops and relentless execution.
But the more I worked with online founders, the more I saw the same problem repeated:
